About MeHi! I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Government and Public Administration at the University of Macau.
I study public policy and comparative politics. I am especially interested in social welfare policy, fiscal policy, public opinion, and political economy. My work has been published or is forthcoming in Public Opinion Quarterly, American Politics Research, and other journals. I am an alumnus of the American Society for Public Administration Founders’ Fellowship Program and the Institute for Humane Studies Humane Studies Fellowship Program at George Mason University. I hold a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Missouri. |
